How can I check the location of my item through a tracking number?

When will the items be shipped?

They are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after confirmation of your payment. Depending on the condition of stock and supply, the process may be delayed. In this case, we’ll inform you.

Your items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after confirmation of payment. After shipping, we will send you an order details including a tracking number via email.

How do I change or cancel my order?

I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

All items excluding items purchased by ‘Purchase request’ must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in the same perfect condition as sent with packages, seals, and tags etc. Otherwise a full refund will not apply.

If it is incorrect item, we’ll offer a full refund for the product and also the return shipping fee.

If you want to return the product just because you have changed your mind, we’ll offer a refund for the product and shipping cost, but you’ll have to cover the return shipping fee.
